Hoos for Haiti Benefit Concert

In an effort to quickly raise money for emergency relief and reconstruction efforts, a group of Charlottesville professors, business owners, including Fry's Spring Beach Club, and musicians have partnered to host an unprecedented benefit concert.

"Hoos for Haiti" will bring together 5 bands under one roof for an evening of music and dancing to support a great cause.  Proceeds will benefit two reputable and well established organizations who have been working in and for Haiti for quite some time.  They are Partners in Health, http://www.pih.org, an international relief agency that has served the poorest communities in Haiti for over 25 years, and GHESKIO, http://www.gheskio.org, a medical group working in Port au Prince with strong ties to the Charlottesville community.
